About ITR

ITR Productions was created from a simple belief: what we create should mean something.

Founded by Isaiah Tyree Rogers, ITR Productions is a creative production and professional development company dedicated to bringing ideas, stories, and visions to life. Through speaking, writing, leadership development, and the production of conferences, retreats, programs, and other experiences, ITR exists to create work that connects with people and leaves a lasting impact.

At the heart of ITR are three words: Story. Purpose. Impact.

Meet Isaiah Tyree Rogers

Isaiah Tyree Rogers

Isaiah Tyree Rogers is an educator, speaker, author, minister, leadership developer, and creative producer whose work centers on helping people discover purpose, develop as leaders, and create meaningful experiences.

With professional experience in higher education, student leadership, mentorship, program development, ministry, and event production, Isaiah has spent much of his career creating spaces where people can learn, connect, grow, and belong. He earned his master’s degree in Higher Education in 2026 and currently serves professionally in higher education while also teaching first-year college students.

His work extends beyond the classroom and college campus. As an ordained Elder and ministry leader, Isaiah brings years of experience in preaching, teaching, mentorship, leadership development, and faith-based programming. That intersection of education, ministry, creativity, and leadership has helped shape the vision behind ITR Productions.

As an author, Isaiah also uses storytelling to explore faith, humanity, relationships, healing, and transformation. His books—including Spirit & Truth and The House Mercy Built—represent another expression of ITR's commitment to telling stories that carry purpose and create impact.

For Isaiah, ITR Productions isn't simply about putting on events, giving speeches, or producing content. It's about creating something people can carry with them.
